We want you to love your purchase from ullafashions.com. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Final sale items (marked as “non-returnable”) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
How to Return or Exchange
- Start Your Return – Visit our Return Portal to begin the process.
- Pack Your Items – Securely place the items in their original packaging.
- Ship It Back – Follow the instructions provided in the return portal for shipping.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
- To exchange, select “Exchange” in the return portal and follow the prompts.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us through our Support Page within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
