Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Final sale items (marked as “non-returnable”) cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Start Your Return – Visit our Return Portal to begin the process.
  2. Pack Your Items – Securely place the items in their original packaging.
  3. Ship It Back – Follow the instructions provided in the return portal for shipping.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
  • To exchange, select “Exchange” in the return portal and follow the prompts.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us through our Support Page within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
